No pushy salesman just people that care about their customers . I have been and dealt with a lot of so called motorcycle dealers in my 40 plus years of riding and the guys at spa motorcycles are the best without doubt . Being a disabled amputee rider it took me a number of visits to sort me a new bike . Nick ,Paul ,warren and the workshop guys had the time and patience to help make my buying experience something that a lot of other main dealerships should aspire to . Many thanks guys .

Staff are always friendly and honest. Work on my bike has always been carried out properly with no problems where as at other dealers they have missed things. It's also a great place to hang around for a bit, meet up with friends, browse bikes. Although it would be a great spot for a little cafe or burger van there are no places to get food or drink. Atmosphere is always great here.
Have been a customer here for about 17 years purchased bikes parts and had work done on my bikes . never once had cause to com[lain in fact quite the opposite, can you get cheaper elsewhere ? possibly, but the service here is second to none, they are experts in their field, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.I would not let ANYONE else touch my FJR,

In today's age of chain stores and big company's, it is easy to forget local stores exist. Going into Spa will remind you exactly why businesses like this need to exist. The personal attention given, the level of passion and all round friendliness of staff will keep you coming back. A special shout out to Nick who helped me through trading in my much loved CBR600 for something much more suited to my needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Nick, and he very much kept me in the loop at every part of the sale. Great work guys!

They have a huge amount of expertise on two stroke motorcycles and as an owner I know that if they can't solve a problem then nobody will!!

I rang to inquire about a bike trial (they didn't happen to have one in stock), yet despite me clearly not going to become a customer, the member of staff (Nick), spent a long time with with me on the phone, patiently answering my various bike questions with clearly a very deep knowledge and experience on different bike models and their benefits. If the other staff are the same, this is clearly a very knowledgeable and friendly bike shop.
